Have a great day off because I programmed next weeks WOD’s and it is going to be intense.  There are 2 Bench Mark Workouts named after Females.  Anyone want to take a guess?

057 As you can see my Boys take their training serious along with their strict Diet Regimen.  It may not be Zone Perfect but it fits.  50%Carbs, 45%Fat, 5% Protein.  Its what we call the Stay Puff Diet = achieve that Big and Smooth look just in time for summer.
