Take the day to relax and recover for a rough week of WOD’s to follow
We need to start thinking of a 30 Day Challenge. For example in the past we did a 30 Day “Cindy” Challenge and everyday we did an extra round of “Cindy”. For instance Day 1 = 1 Round of Cindy Day 2 – 2 Rounds of Cindy etc…… By the end of Day 20 we did 20 Rounds of Cindy which is 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats. That is not including the Workout of the Day.
Some other ideas for a Challenge are a No Sugar No Grain Diet for 30 Days. A 30 Day Burpee Challenge (in multiples of 5). A Run a lap around the Building Challenge or even a Thruster Challenge.
Post under comments if you have any other ideas I am all ears from ANYONE out there including other CrossFitters. Keep in mind since we are a 5 day on 2 day off Facility our 30 Day Challenge only gives us 20 days of work. Mon-Fri.
