Team Pain!

Group Warm Up begins at 9am sharp.
Once Warm Up is complete we will demonstrate exercises and begin WOD.


“Team Pain”

Two Athletes on each Team.  One Athlete will do as many reps till failure and hand the load to partner who will continue adding up reps till reaching goal.   Once the 100 reps iS met both Athletes will complete a 400 Meter Run then go onto next station and repeat.

  • Run 400 Meters
  • 100 Kettlebell Clean and Press 35#Men / 26#Women
  • Run 400 Meters
  • 100 Back Squats 65#Men / 45#Women
  • Run 400 Meters
  • 100 Kettlebell Swings 53#Men / 35#Women
  • Run 400 Meters


Group WOD did very well.  John S and Wil stepped it up by doing 95# Thrusters, 54# KB Clean & Press, 72# KB Swings.
