Workout of the Day (WOD)

Four rounds for time of:

Row 500 meters or Run 400 meters
75 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 21 reps
75 pound Thruster, 21 reps

This was a rough WOD.  Thrusters crushed me.  Not to mention the heat during the runs.

Everyone did awesome today.  Nate did his first CrossFit type WOD today and killed it.  Neal is a real firebreather.  Heather is  improving  with leaps and bounds.  The night crew competed like gladiators.  Lisa M pushed it to her limit.  Great day.  Enjoy the pics.
