Five Rounds for total reps of:

Thrusters 135# Men  95# Women, 15 Seconds
Rest 45 Seconds
50 # Weighed Pulls, 15 Seconds
Rest 45 Seconds
Burpees, 15 Seconds
Rest 45 Seconds
