7 Rounds for time / 45 second rest after each Round

7 Dead Lifts 315Men/225Women

200 Meter Run

15 Pull Ups


This workout is SCALABLE!!!!  Be sure to go lighter on the weight to maintain good form on the Dead Lifts.   You can also cut back on the amount of Rounds performed.

200 Meter Run = Run out the back door, head West and into the front garage door.
