Be sure to focus on form and technique on each lift.  The 10-8-6 rep sets should be warm up sets.  The 4-2 rep sets should be your heavy work sets.  Take about 15 minutes on each of the 3 movements.  If you want to do cardio today – do it on your own time – Today we lift weights.
