400 Meter Run

Workout of the Day  (WOD)

  • 100 Meter Sprint x 4

     

  • 100 Meter Farmers Walk x 4
  • 100 Meter Over Head Walk x 4

Rest as needed then:

 

2 Rounds of “Barbara” for time

  • 20 Pull Ups
  • 30 Push Ups
  • 40 Sit Ups
  • 50 Air Squats
