Workout of the Day  (WOD)

50 Double Unders or 200 Jump Rope
21 Pull-ups
21 Sit-ups
50 Double Unders or 200 Jump Rope
18 Pull-ups
18 Sit-ups
50 Double Unders or 200 Jump Rope
15 Pull-ups
15 Sit-ups
50 Double Unders or 200 Jump Rope
12 Pull-ups
12 Sit-ups
50 Double Unders or 200 Jump Rope
9 Pull-ups
9 Sit-ups
50 Double Unders or 200 Jump Rope
6 Pull-ups
6 Sit-ups

Rest as needed then: (for time)

50 Push Ups
50 Jumping Air Squats (hit pull up bar)

I have a whole new respect for Jumping Air Squats.  Everyone did great although we need to start working on Double Unders.
