Warm Up

  • Run 800 Meters or Row 1000 Meters

Workout of the Day (WOD)

Back Squat  Bodyweight  6 Sets till failure

Rest then:

5 Rounds of "Cindy" for time

  • 5 Pull Ups (chest to bar)
  • 10 Push Ups (chest to floor)
  • 15 Air Squats (balls to ball)


  • Muscle Up or Kipping Pull Ups
