Today was a great day of Olympic Lifts. Everyone made stunning improvements. Stay tuned for a Olympic Weight Lifting Workshop in the next month or so at our new box. Jenna shows great form on her Snatch Landing. Not bad at 3 years old. Coach B would be proud.
