Tuesday 10/28/08 WOD

I forgot to let everyone know I started a NO SUGAR and NO GRAIN diet today.  If anyone wants to join please do.  I weighed in at 208 lbs and plan on doing the diet for 30 Days and hope to get down to 185 – 190 lbs.  I will post under comments everything I eat to keep it honest.  Lets see who else will have the guts to do the same.
