Challenge yourself

rest as needed then:

Run 800 Meters
50 Back Exts
50 Glute Ham Sit Ups
Row 500 Meters
50 Burpees
100 Jump Rope Singles

Maisa, Juan, Ritza, and Gus put on a Deadlifting Clinic.  Everyone was strict with form and technique.  Coach Rip taught us well and we passed on the knowledge.  I am offically naming todays Workout “Rump Roaster”.  Between the Deadlifts and the Back Extentions and Glute Ham Sit Ups I am having a hard time sitting.
