Workout of the Day (WOD)

AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) in 30 mins

10 Box Jumps 24”M / 20”W
10 Push Press  115#M / 75#W
400 Meter Run

rest as needed then:

50 Med Ball Cleans  20#M / 14#W
