Since everyone loves Burpees soooo much and everyone loves Jump Boxes sooo much.  Why not – Meet Mr Burpee Jump Box.  Fun for the whole family.  Stay tuned for next week because I am trying to figure out a way to do Burpee Double Unders.  Anyone got any other Burpee Variations you would like to throw in.  Maybe some Burpee Jerks.  Post them under Comments.  Mike B seems to be on a roll along with Heather and Gidget. 

Just another reminder – Closed this Saturday and no 7pm Class on Friday. 

Warm Up

3 Rounds of Cindy (not for time)

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Air Squats


Workout of the Day (WOD)

5 Rounds for time (rest exactly 1 min between Rounds)

  • Row 500 Meters
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps  20"M / 16"W
  • 25 Back Squats 95M / 65W

  • 25 Glute Ham Sit Ups
  • 25 Back Extensions
