A very impressive week so far.  The WOD’s have been incredibly hard yet everyone has been improving much faster than expected.  I know everyone claims they are a little sore but keep moving to keep the lactic acid moving in the legs.  And keep taking Glutamine.  It really works for faster recovery.  Vitamin Shoppe gave me 20% off Coupons if anyone needs one come see me. We are doing a demonstration at the Vitamin Shoppe (300 Block South University Dr) during their Health Fair next month.  We developed a partnership with them – therefore all members can get a 20% discount.

Heather is all smiles after doing the Filthy Fifty.  For a girl that walked in a few weeks ago and never picked up a weight – you are advancing at a fast pace.  Keep up the good work.

Lance S and Brian P do some Russian Kettlebell Swings.  I had some better pics of Lance visiting Mr Pukie however they are locked in the safe for future ref.  Brian did excellent for his second WOD and Lance completed approx 200 reps of "Filthy Fifty".
