There were 5 new faces that showed up today. Intensity was very high and even though we are all sore from doing 147 Dead lifts yesterday – We all sucked it up and pushed on.
I am having a difficult time keeping up with posting the results so I am going to ask everyone to go under comments section and post their own results as of right now. Please.
