Workout of the Day (WOD)

Your choice of the following:

13 Rounds of “Cindy” for time

rest as needed then

20 Snatches

or you can do the following after your warm up

7 Rounds for time:

  • 7 Thrusters    95#M/65#W
  • 7 Jumping Pull ups

You choose which WOD if the Cindy Challenge is taking a toll on your hands.

We had 4 new members come in and check out CrossFit.  Everyone did great.
